There’s a new model joining the lineup, and several Kia’s that you’ll recognize are getting some updates. Want to see what’s new? Take a look at a quick overview.

The All-New Kia K4

The K4 is a new name you’ll see when you take a stroll around a Kia dealer. It’s replacing the discontinued Kia Forte in the lineup. The new sedan has a sleek look with a fastback roofline that might remind you of the Stinger sports sedan. It will get power from the same 147-horsepower four-cylinder that was under the hood of the Forte, but the GT-Line Turbo trim will get a four-cylinder turbo engine with 190 horsepower.

The K4 is a little larger than the Forte giving the rear seat passengers some extra legroom. You can also expect to see a tech-filled cabin complete with two 12.3-inch display screens, one of which will be the touch screen for the infotainment system. A third 5-inch display will sit right between the two larger ones with controls for the climate.

An Updated K5

With other Kia models updating their tech, it’s not a surprise that the K5 also has some updates. The dashboard now sports two larger displays. A 12.3-inch touchscreen sits in the middle of the dashboard housing the infotainment system and another 12-inch screen sits in front of the driver.

The Kia Carnival Goes Hybrid

When the Kia Carnival hits the Kia dealer lot in 2025 it will have a hybrid powertrain available. This minivan gets even better with the latest updates that also include new LED taillights, a redesigned front end to give it a more aggressive look, and LED running lights. Inside, the rear seat passengers will get some added tech by way of the Connected Car Rear Cockpit entertainment system that includes 14.6-inch HD screens.

The Kia EV6 Gets an Update

Kias first EV has been around for a few years now, so it’s time for an update. The EV6 has new headlights for 2025, along with new wheels for the entry-level trim. Inside, the steering wheel has an updated look, but what even more fun is the fingerprint authentication system and the 12-inch head-up display.

As far as performance goes, the 77.4-kilowatt-hour battery pack is replaced with an 84-kilowatt-hour pack to help improve charging times and increase range on some of the trim levels.

The Sorento Hybrids Get an Update

The hybrid version of the Sorento has some changes for 2025. The gas-powered models received a refresh in 2024, so now it’s the hybrid’s turn. They will have new LED running lights, and an updated exterior look.

Inside, the higher-end Sorento models will get the two 12.3-inch screens, and depending on which trim you choose it will come with a wireless charging pad and a 12-speaker Bose stereo system.

2025 is an exciting year to visit a Kia dealer if you’re on the hunt for a new vehicle.
