The majority of the time, large auto manufacturers will give a minor facelift to mid-generation models, perhaps a new grille, slightly different bumpers, or an upgrade in lighting. But at Hyundai, they decided to shake things up quite a bit with the Santa Fe.
Recently photos have been released teasing a major facelift for the 2021 model of the Hyundai Santa Fe. The current 4th generation of this SUV has only been around since 2018 so this drastic change so soon is very rare for the automotive industry. For now, Hyundai has only released this rendering of the front end but we can’t wait to see what else they have to offer in this updated version of an already incredible SUV.
This brand new version of the Santa Fe is rumored to be a completely new platform. From the teaser photos, we can notice that the daytime running lights run horizontally but extend down to the bumper forming a âTâ shaped light pattern.
