Hyundai Vehicles are Looking Sportier for the Drive

Looking Sportier for the Drive

There is a sporty model that we’ve admired as part of the Hyundai vehicles lineup for the past several years and now it’s been upgraded so that we can have a car that is ready to drive. This car is the Veloster and it’s been changed and improved to offer the next generation of the car that will be revealed at a later date for the 2019 model year. Even though this car isn’t supposed to be seen for several months, there have been some images leaked because this car is one that’s been uncovered during the filming of a commercial.
The next generation of the Hyundai Veloster will ride on a lengthened version of the platform that is used for the Elantra. As a car that will be the first on thin the US to wear the new N sub-brand badging, the Veloster is a model that brings in more of what you’re looking for when you want to have a drive on the road while enjoying the sporty dynamics offered. You’re going to be glad you chose this car when it arrives and now that it’s been seen, we can discuss a bit more about what this new Veloster will have to offer.

Coming Soon to a Dealership Near You

We will get a closer look at the 2019 version of the Hyundai Veloster when the 2018 North American International Auto Show arrives in Detroit in January but what we’ve already seen is more than enough to get us excited. In addition to riding on the platform that fits it perfectly, the new Veloster will offer the same door setup as before while also offering the new Turbo model with black trim, black wheels, a center exit dual exhaust system, and a subtle rear diffuser.

The expected powertrains that will make the new Veloster be the one you want to drive include a turbocharged 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine, a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated model or something that we haven’t seen before. So far, we don’t have the details regarding what the new Veloster will have under the hood, but if the new i30 N is any indication as to what we might see, 271 horsepower coming from a turbocharged 2.0-liter engine isn’t out of the question and neither is a six-speed manual transmission that can make the shifting possible for you and allow you to have what you want when you drive.

Once we get a better look at what the new Veloster will offer us, it will be easy to see what this car brings to the market. While we don’t know if the new N model of the Veloster will make an appearance in Detroit, the thought of reaching closer to 300 horsepower in this little sports car makes for some impressive ideas that will make a difference when it’s time to drive. Even though we’ve already seen the Veloster with the wraps removed, we’re still excited to learn more of the details about this car as it heads to Detroit.
