Even though the newest version of the Jeep Wrangler has shown up on the market at the Los Angeles Auto Show to give us a brand new version that can be easy for the drive that makes a lot of sense on the roads and trails in your area, this is an SUV that continues to offer us thoughts of what will come next. There are some items we’ve heard about and others that might be rumors, but the Jeep Wrangler is one of the vehicles that can continually offer the ride we’ve been after.
What we anticipate for the new JL generation of the Jeep Wrangler is a pickup truck version that will finally be a replacement for the name that was deleted many years ago and a new hybrid model that could enter the market within the next year or two. The pickup truck version, which could be the next Scrambler model, is one that could be offered with a new fold down canvas soft top which makes it a pickup that can offer the top down and open air cabin area that will be similar to the newest models of this Jeep Wrangler offered.

While we don’t know which powertrain will be used for the new hybrid version of the Jeep Wrangler that you’re going to want to enjoy and drive on the roads and trials, we do have more specifics for the pickup truck version. Right now the consideration for the next hybrid powertrain could be one of the three that was just introduced for the new Jeep Wrangler with an electric motor to add what’s needed to make the new Wrangler one that can offer better fuel mileage for the drive on the trails.
As for the new Jeep pickup truck, which may or may not be named the Scrambler when it comes to the market, the production could begin in November 2018. This new model will be built in the same Toledo, OH factor that builds the new version of the rest of the Jeep Wrangler models that are being offered. There will be a removable hardtop and the soft top mentioned to give you the look and feel that makes a difference for you to have what you’re looking for when you’re ready to get out on the trails and see what this new pickup truck can do.
You might have thought that a new Jeep Wrangler unveiling that brings it into the JL generation would be a stopping point for a short time for the Wrangler, but you’d be completely wrong.
